In order for our customers to be able to use us, we are operating after taking thorough measures to prevent infection. Therefore, we ask for the understanding and cooperation of our customers on the following points.
All staff members are checked for temperature when they come to work and when they leave. If they are found to have a fever of 37.5 degrees celsius or more, they won’t be allowed to come to work.
All staff members are required to wash their hands frequently and gargle and disinfect their hands at least once every two hours.
We will wear a mask if necessary.
We keep the number of workers to a minimum.
Most of our staff live nearby and do not commute by train.
For those staff members who are commuting by train, we will provide staggered commuting hours in order to avoid their travel on crowded public transport.
We avoid crowded places with high risk of infection and avoid crowded places even when not on duty.
If a companion is found to have a fever of 37.5 degrees celsius or more, they won’t be allowed to attend work.
In order to avoid being in a group in the waiting room, casts will try to wait in a private room.
Our cast always washes their hands, gargles and disinfects before serving customers.
Our cast avoids crowds and places with a high risk of infection and take extra care to avoid crowds and locations with a high risk of infection even when not on duty.
For those cast members who are commuting by train, we will provide staggered commuting hours in order to avoid their travel on crowded public transport.
Any person with a fever of more than 37.5 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to use our services.
Customers with symptoms such as coughing will not be allowed to use us.
Please avoid crowded public transportation systems and wear a mask. We also ask you to wash and disinfect your hands before meeting a companion.
We are facing an unprecedented situation, but we accept the reality very seriously and do our best to provide the best service in the best manner possible. Therefore, we consider the safety of our customers and companons to be our first priority, and in some cases we may have to refuse a customer who is not in good health, or we may not be able to provide a preferred companion.
However, we hope you will understand that this is for your peace of mind and to ensure that we can continue to provide a safe and secure shop for many years to come. Finally, as it was mentioned earlier on this page, we will operate our shop with thorough infection prevention measures in place at all times. This is our commitment. All of our staff will do their best to ensure that our customers can enjoy with peace of mind.
